At bouncy castle parade we understand the fear and uncertainty surrounding the outbreak of COVID-19.
We would like to take this opportunity to reassure all of our customers that we are taking all the necessary steps in accordance with the world health organisation and governments advice.
We already pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our Inflatables and equipment, with all items being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before the start of EVERY hire. Extra precautions are being taken & all castles are cleaned thoroughly (as they are all year round)
However we recognize that we need to take extra steps to prevent the possible spread of the Corona virus COVID-19. We use hand sanitizing gel throughout the day, prior to and following each collection and delivery. Along with hand washing.
These procedures will be reviewed as further guidelines are issued from the government and the world health organisation.
There are currently no travel restrictions. At this current time we are still taking bookings for families only. We want to help keep your children active, healthy, entertained & happy through this temporary difficult period. For those who do not agree with this, please understand we are not encouraging social gatherings! We are only advising castle hire for family use at family homes outside.
Please think of those children with birthdays during this difficult time & the happiness it could bring them, even if it means only sharing this with their parents and siblings.
We do however realise that some people may not wish to go ahead with their booking due to current concerns around the virus and this is completely fine to either cancel or we will gladly rearrange your booking to a later date, please notify us within 48 hours prior to your booking date. We do ask if you can inform of us if there has been an illness / symptoms shown to yourself or ANY party members before or after hiring within 2 weeks
If we do need to cancel due to lock down we will contact you immediately. Many Thanks for your patience in this unpredictable time.
